US FBA Logistics refers to the flow of materials or goods over time and space. With the corporate mission of "Deliver Chinese products to the world more easily", we provide supporting services including FBA small parcel first-mile logistics and return handling. We independently develop FBA logistics channel services such as international ocean freight plus delivery, air freight plus delivery, direct commercial express shipment and dedicated international small parcel lines, as well as services for global local FBA returns and FBA transit warehouses. FBA logistics serves as a key component for Chinese enterprises’ overseas layout. Under this model, exported products enjoy advantages in price and lead time. Supporting enterprises to build a number of "overseas warehouses" for export goods is not only an innovation to promote foreign trade business models, but also an important arrangement to stabilize growth and optimize and upgrade foreign trade. FBA ocean freight, namely sea transportation, is the primary transport mode in international logistics. It means transporting goods between ports of different countries and regions by vessels via sea lanes. Modern logistics is a new integrated management that unifies logistics activities including information, transportation, warehousing, inventory handling, loading/unloading and packaging. Its mission is to minimize total logistics costs and deliver premium services to customers. Third-party logistics refers to modern professional logistics companies.

The concept of US FBA logistics originated in the United States and was later introduced to China via Japan. Before World War II, humans had carried out logistics activities for thousands of years and logistics already had certain implications, yet there were no clear logistics concepts or theories. After WWII, the transportation and deployment of military manufacturing, supplies, equipment and provisions for the US and its allies before and after wars required systematic analysis and management of military logistics support and maintenance activities. Hence the concept of logistics emerged, known as military logistics. After the war, the application of these concepts, theories and methods in civilian sectors greatly boosted economic growth.
In June 1979, a Chinese delegation of materials professionals attended an international logistics conference in Japan. After returning to China, they introduced the professional term "logistics" for the first time. In 1985, the Council of Logistics Management (USA) officially changed the term from "Physical Distribution" to "Logistics". It defined logistics as: "Logistics is the process of planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services, and related information from the point of origin to the point of consumption for the purpose of meeting customer requirements." To distinguish the evolution of these two concepts in Chinese academia, the former is translated as "Traditional Logistics" and the latter as "Modern Logistics".
