Tianmang International’s US ocean freight tracking system is a node-based tracking platform integrating in-warehouse scanning system, shipping line API data integration and last-mile service provider data. A unique tracking number is assigned to every shipment, enabling full-lifecycle information connectivity from domestic warehouse receipt to final signature in the US.
I. Phase 1: Domestic Warehouse Segment (Warehouse Inbound, Palletizing & Container Loading, Data Collected by In-house System)
When cargo arrives at Tianmang’s Shenzhen warehouse, it is scanned and entered into the system to generate an exclusive tracking number, recording quantity, weight and outer carton details.
After manual palletizing, sorting and labelling, a second scan updates the system status to Palletized.
During container loading, carton numbers, container numbers and seal numbers are scanned. The system marks the status as Container Loaded & Sealed.
After container delivery to the port, container return and customs release, the system synchronizes status: Port Arrived & Customs Cleared.
Data in this phase is collected by on-site warehouse staff via scanning. These tracking nodes correspond to the manual palletizing and container loading scenes shown in your image.
II. Phase 2: Ocean Transit Segment, Integrated with Shipping Line Data
The system connects to shipping lines via API to automatically capture container updates:
Vessel loading at port, Estimated Time of Departure (ETD)
Vessel navigation status, with AIS vessel positioning to update Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Vessel arrival at US port and container unloading
During ocean transit, vessel movements are continuously synced. In case of sailing schedule delays, the system captures updates immediately and our customer service will notify clients promptly.
III. Phase 3: US Destination Port, Customs Clearance & Last-Mile Delivery Data
Upon container arrival, the system captures the container availability status for pickup at the terminal.
Customs clearance progress is logged, showing status as Under Customs Clearance or Customs Released.
After release, the overseas team picks up, unstuffs and re-palletizes cargo, and synchronizes the corresponding status.
Integrated with US trucking and courier providers, the system captures last-mile delivery tracks until the cargo is signed off at FBA warehouses or private overseas warehouses, with proof of delivery uploaded.
IV. Client Query Methods
Clients can view the full timeline on Tianmang’s query portal using the tracking number or bill of lading number.
Dedicated customer service pushes status notifications via WeChat / Enterprise WeChat, and proactively alerts for abnormal events.
Visualized full tracking timeline: Warehouse Inbound → Palletizing → Container Loading → Vessel Departure → Port Arrival → Customs Clearance → Delivery → Signature Confirmation.
